Returning false does not halt filter chain in 2.x P46

Bleh, delete this one, I noticed someone else submitted this errata. I could only see 2 pages of errata when I first got here due to some filter being on (latest tickets, perhaps). But now I can see MANY pages of errata, so I will make sure to search those before I submit any more. My one about the SQL offset appears to be okay, though.
