layout needs revision in page 231

The section "Linking Two Existing Objects Efficiently" on page 231 has its text printed in a narrow box.
Note in addition that Rick's #33 will imply a few lines more on that page, so perhaps the header of the next section will still remain at the top of page 232 with both revisions, which is desirable from an editor's view.
