irb output needs revision on pages 402--403

There's an irb session on pages 402--403.
The strings which are result of calls to link_to are double-quoted, but have double quotes inside without backslashes. Besides, the last example lacks the surrounding quotes.
The outputs in this chapter in general are not uniform, sometimes they are not quoted, or else they use double or single quotes. In that case quotes are not always escaped when they would in an ordinary string.
