add test:plugins to table 17.3?

Table 17.3 (page 587) could probably include test:plugins for completeness.
Perhaps it is omitted on purpose because testing plugins is something unseen at this point. The task is mentioned on pages 648--649 anyway. If that's the case it makes sense.
As a curiosity, rows follow the order of "rake -T | grep test" except for "test:units", which would go to the end.
