update generated Capfile

The current generated Capfile is a bit different from the one on page 686:
$ cat Capfile
load 'deploy' if respond_to?(:namespace) # cap2 differentiator
Dir['vendor/plugins/*/recipes/*.rb'].each { |plugin| load(plugin) }
load 'config/deploy'
