about in_groups_of

A couple of remarks about in_groups_of, pages 727--728.
There is an example using the especial-cased fill_with false, but it is not explained and I think it may surprise to the reader.
In addition, since the examples use %w() the output would show arrays of strings, but it shows arrays of integers.
